There was a previous post about collisions and someone made the comment that women drivers of autos seem to cause the most of them. In my practice, every motorcycle case we have had has had a woman tortfeasor. Nothing scientific, but it is 100%. Why don't women look thoroughly? I
don't know. I do know that I look now that I'm out there. And my non-rider friends do too. They don't want to run over me. They know I'd sue them.
